Service Eligibility: You must have a valid Aadhar number linked to your bank account to use our Aadhar-enabled Payment System (AePS) services.
Authorization: By providing your fingerprint or OTP, you authorize Aadhar Cash to initiate transactions on your behalf with your consent.
Transaction Limit: All cash withdrawals, balance inquiries, and mini statements are subject to limits imposed by your bank or NPCI guidelines.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Aadhar Cash is not responsible for losses due to incorrect data submitted by the user.
Security: We use biometric authentication and encrypted communication to protect your data, but we recommend not sharing your personal credentials with anyone.
Service Availability: Our services are subject to system availability and may be affected by maintenance, bank server issues, or network downtime.
Refunds & Disputes: In case of failed transactions, refunds will be processed as per NPCI/bank guidelines. Any disputes should be reported within 3 working days of the transaction.
Changes to Terms: Aadhar Cash reserves the right to update or change these terms without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review them periodically.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Indian law and any disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
